House Rules

At Mr Wolfs, we pride ourselves on being a family-run venue that celebrates and promotes the vast diversity, talent and creativity of Bristol’s music scene.

We strive to provide a safe and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome to let loose, dance and have fun! Therefore we have a zero tolerance policy for anyone who acts inappropriately, discriminates or displays any form of prejudice in our premises. Look out for each other and don’t hesitate to speak to a member of staff if someone is making you uncomfortable. We couldn’t do what we do without our incredible staff, so please treat them with respect and patience! We’re in the business of good vibes only.

1. Don’t be a creep

We do not tolerate people making others uncomfortable or distressed, and we enforce a strict zero tolerance policy on harassment. Please report any inappropriate or suspicious behaviour and we will deal with the matter swiftly and discreetly.

2. Stop spiking

As part of the Bristol Nights Stop Spiking campaign, we always have first aiders on site to provide medical assistance, we will also detain and inform the police of anyone suspected of spiking or the intention to carry out spiking at our venue.

If you suspect yours or someone else’s drink has been spiked please hand this in to a member of staff. We have testing kits on site which of course will be used discreetly and judgement free.

3. Expect to be searched

In order for everyone to feel safe and enjoy their night out at Mr Wolfs, our security carries out searches prior to entry. Please arrive as early as possible to avoid queues.

4. Know your limits

If you start to feel unwell or are concerned about yourself or someone else, please speak to a member of staff. We will help and support you without judgement.

5. We may turn away large groups

We reserve the right to turn away large groups, in particular stag parties, sports socials or pub golf. If this happens and you have purchased tickets, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Report incidents to staff

We recognise that our venue can get busy. If you need to report an incident and can’t get to the bar, head to our ticket booth or cloakroom to get our staff’s attention quickly and discreetly.

7. Respect our staff

Without our incredible staff we would not be able to provide the amazing space to dance and have fun. It goes without saying that we expect customers to treat them with respect and patience. Abuse will not be tolerated.

8. Have fun!

Everybody is welcome here. We are in the business of good vibes only. We ask that when you visit Mr Wolfs you respect everybody’s space and look out for one another. We want everyone to have fun!
